A SMART solution for Air Cargo pallets shuttling

Removable Rollertrack is a smart set-up for vehicles used for the logistical handling of air cargo pallets (read more about air pallets).

Unlike the complete Rollertrack set-up, the moving floors do not require modification of the frame, but are simply placed on the vehicle floor and then bracketed.

The ease of assembly allows us to offer our customers the possibility to assemble this set-up independently. In fact, it is possible to order it simply by communicating the type of vehicle and the dimensions of the floor and we will be able to send it to you in a short time.

A removable set-up always ready for use

A great advantage compared to a traditional set-up is the possibility of independently assembling and disassembling the platforms. This means that if one day you have to replace your vehicle you will not have to buy a new set-up but you can reuse the same platforms.

Features

Idle rollers with pneumatic lift

The mobile platforms contain idle rollers with pneumatic lifting that allow the overhead pallet to slide easily along the vehicle floor.

During the loading and unloading phase the rollers are raised to allow handling, while during the journey they are lowered to keep the load still.

Safety pallet-stop

As an additional safety measure, the system is equipped with manual or pneumatic pallet stops, to mechanically block the overhead pallets, avoid unwanted movements and ensure the stability of the load.

Only 53 mm thick!

Unlike the complete Rollertrack set-up, which is installed in the vehicle frame, the moving floors are placed on the vehicle floor. A question that often arises in these cases is whether it takes away the space of the semi-trailer intended for overhead pallets.

With just 53 mm of thickness, the space taken away is minimal. Unless you have to load high pallets up to the roof you will not even notice the few centimeters missing.
